Biography
Patrick Lallemand is an accomplished architectural designer and job captain acting as CAD Specialist and Architectural Consultant at CTLGroup, bringing a decade of professional experience to his role. Mr. Lallemand is responsible for producing top-quality drawings for bidding and contracting purposes and serves as a mentor to guide other colleagues when needed.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lallemand has been involved in numerous high-profile building restorations in the New York City Metropolitan area. Prior to his career at CTLGroup, he was involved in the façade restoration of the iconic McGraw-Hill Building on West 42 Street. Additionally, Mr. Lallemand has played a crucial role in the restoration of two prominent structures located within the Brooklyn Heights Skyscraper Historic District, further showcasing his expertise in architectural preservation. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture, Magna Cum Laude, from the City University of New York.
