Mr. Adams’ expertise is focused in structural and architectural evaluation and repair design on a wide range of projects throughout the country. He has been involved in condition assessments of structural and architectural components; evaluation of floor coverings; troubleshooting and developing solutions for construction problems; developing design details for rehabilitation; and performing on-site observations and construction contract administrative services.
Mr. Adams’ experience includes work with concrete, masonry and wood structures, as well as construction-related repairs. He is also skilled in the evaluation of floor covering problems, including failures of carpet, carpet tile, sheet vinyl, vinyl composition tile, epoxy terrazzo and epoxy terrazzo floor coatings. Mr. Adams’ has extensive experience managing evaluation and repair projects in active facilities such as hospitals, retails centers, and parking structures where a balance between Owner and Contractor needs is pivotal to the success of the project.
