Mr. Frost, as a Senior Engineer within the Structural Engineering & Mechanics group, has extensive experience in structural evaluation, assisting in project administration, condition assessments, repair specification and procedure development, bid assistance, and repair administration for building owners and condominium associations throughout the Chicagoland area.
Throughout his career, Mr. Frost’s has worked on a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to, water infiltration remediation, design and repair of deteriorated building facades, design and replacement of compromised waterproof membranes, removal and replacement of failed balcony railings, and concrete repairs on various structures. In addition to Mr. Frost’s experience in concrete and masonry restoration and project administration, he has experience in nondestructive testing and litigation support, and is well-versed in the use of ground penetrating radar (GPR), impact-echo (I-E), impulse response (IR), ultrasonic testing (UT), and ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV).
