Biography
Thomas Boersma is an accomplished Accounting professional with over 40 years’ experience. At CTLGroup, Mr. Boersma is responsible for various key accounting functions, including cash management, treasury, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting. Additionally, Mr. Boersma serves as the Administrator for the company’s accounting software and guides his colleagues on best practices.
Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Boersma has worked in accounting roles across diverse industries, providing him with a broad range of expertise and a deep understanding of financial management across different sectors. He has been actively involved in the implementation of new software systems, contributing to increased efficiency and accuracy in financial processes. Furthermore, Mr. Boersma is known for his dedication to training and mentoring new staff members, sharing his knowledge and expertise to develop talent within the organization.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys traveling in his spare time, allowing him to explore new places and experience different cultures.
